Traditional Paio - Black Pork - Half - 153005
The “Senhor” of SEL is a noble product and one of SEL's oldest. Made from selected, properly minced meats, with a strong and persistent aroma, it highlights the traditional Alentejo seasonings, which are added to the meat after mincing.
1. DESCRIPTION
Obtained from pork meat, subjected to a curing process in chambers with controlled humidity and temperature, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork (Origin: EU) (92%), water, red pepper paste, salt, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed into natural casing. Smoked with holm oak firewood.
