A SEL Free-Range Black Pork Farinheira is produced from free-range black Iberian pork, which, after seasoning, matures in a controlled cold and humidity environment, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
1. DESCRIPTION
Obtained from pork, subjected to a curing process in chambers with controlled humidity and temperature, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork fat (Origin: EU) (47%), wheat flour (Gluten), water, paprika paste, salt, garlic and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood. May contain traces of soy due to wheat storage, but no soy is added. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
