Product Description:

Grape variety: Touriga Nacional

Soil: Granite

Analytical data: Alcohol 12%; total acidity 6.4 g/L; pH 3.25; total sugars 0.3 g/L.

Winemaking: Grapes from two Touriga Nacional plots, hand-picked and cooled to 14 ºC; destemming and optical sorting. Fermentation in stainless steel with gently pressed must. Around 10% of the blend aged in used barrels; no malolactic fermentation. Six months on the lees with regular bâtonnage.

Serving temperature: 10 ºC to 12 ºC
