Comendador Leonel Cameirinha Grande Reserva 2018

Dark, deep garnet-colored wine. An expressive nose with notes of plum and black
pepper, truffles, and tobacco in a complex, spicy whole.
On the palate, it shows great concentration and structure, suggesting many years of evolution in the bottle. 

Made using the traditional skin-contact method in stainless-steel vats with automatic treaders, with fermentation temperatures of around 26°C.
Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.

Pairs with meat dishes, such as black pork secretos with migas and lamb stew.
