TASTING NOTE: Known as “Alentejo Bacon” and internationally as Pancetta, what makes this different is the unique flavor imparted only by Alentejo Pig. It is made from the belly of free-range Black Iberian Pig.

Cured in a chamber under controlled conditions. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
