O Traditional White Pork Paio SEL is obtained from pork and subjected to a curing process in chambers with controlled humidity and temperature, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
1. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS Pork (Origin: EU) (91%), water, pepper paste, salt, garlic, emulsifiers: (E450, E451), preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
